Students will have the opportunity to take French courses at a local school, providing an authentic and immersive learning experience. The program includes a variety of cultural activities that not only enhance language skills but also offer a deep dive into French culture and history, making the learning process both enjoyable and enriching. This stay is an excellent way for students to improve their French proficiency while gaining a broader cultural perspective.

These homestay locations are near Paris with access through public transport. French courses take place at a local school.

Program

After French classes, many activities are included in the program :

Seine River Cruise : Enjoy a scenic boat tour along the iconic Seine River, offering breathtaking views of Paris landmarks.
Guided Walking Tour of Montmartre : Discover the artistic and historical charm of Montmartre with a knowledgeable guide.
Entrance to Louvre Museum with Audio Guide : Explore the world-renowned Louvre Museum at your own pace, aided by an informative audio guide.
Entrance to Versailles Castle and Gardens : Visit the magnificent Palace of Versailles and its stunning gardens, experiencing the grandeur of French royalty.

Accomodation

With more than 30 host communities, CEI boasts an extensive host family network all over France, which is maintained and supervised by CEI local representatives.

Students will take French courses at a local school, complemented by enriching cultural activities. These include a Seine river cruise, a guided walking tour of Montmartre, and visits to the Louvre Museum and Versailles Castle. This combination of language learning and cultural immersion offers students a unique opportunity to enhance their French skills while experiencing the rich history and vibrant culture of France.
